This yacht is built with an impressive 3-stateroom layout plus crew. Contessa accommodates up to six
guests very comfortably with significant space & luxury. Each owner and guest stateroom features a
private en suite head. Aft crew quarters are comprised of over/under bunks and a private head.
Vessel Walkthrough:
Contessa has an entirely custom interior that was designed for comfort and luxury. This like-new yacht features a
spacious aft deck with a custom teak table and four pompanette style chairs with weather resistant vinyl cushions.
She has also been recently equipped with a custom aft SUNSHADE providing a cool and comfortable environment
for outside dining and lounging. A large stainless steel framed door opens to the beautifully appointed open

helm with a dinette to port and an impressive electronics console. Forward
stairs lead down to the owner and guest staterooms. The master is
equipped with a large berth and an en-suite head, while a VIP stateroom
along with a twin guest stateroom round out the accommodations. Each
stateroom features a private head, entertainment system, and the finest in
custom interiors. Forward interior window sunshades new in April, 2010.
With the engine and crew quarters aft, you and your guests will be able to

A pair of bar stools found forward in the spacious salon are situated facing the granite-clad counters of the galley. Here, guests can watch as the chef prepares culinary delights. The teak and holly floor lends itself nicely to the cherry wood cabinetry and Homiat red granite.

Master Stateroom:
Down a few steps and forward of the aft bulkhead is the master stateroom. Thoughtfully placed where this yacht is
widest, the full beam master stateroom is quite roomy. Centrally located, the queen berth draws your
mirrored backdrop, fine wood joinery and custom column details. The attention with a large berth is fitted with
sumptuous bedding that flows seamlessly to the padded headboard. Majilite upholstered walls soften the
space. Storage is found to port with a large cedar lined closet, several drawers and display counters set
beneath porthole windows. To starboard, a vanity adds a luxurious element to this nicely appointed stateroom.

Crew Quarters:
The crew quarters are located aft of the “walk in” engine room. Two crew members will be comfortable in
a suite with over/under bunks and a 15" plasma TV with VCR. Across the hall is a full head with a stall shower.
This ideal arrangement gives you and your crew the privacy you need.
Lower Helm:
Just forward of the galley is the lower helm. A leather settee and high gloss finished teak table together create
an inviting space. Facing the impressive electronics console is a large captain's chair. State - of - the - art
equipment of the finest caliber ensures safe travels. With full walk around decks and port and starboard doors
from the helm, docking and line handling is a breeze. This yacht's design is ideal for a captain and crew,
as well as an OWNER / OPERATOR.
